The Young Bee-Keeper and I picked up our bees this morning from the elder and younger Tibor Szabos, drove them from Puslinch to Jerseyville with only a few escapees, unloaded them with the help of the YBC's parents and younger brother (aka a Future Bee-Keeper), and the hives are now safely installed on their cement slab with sugar syrup in the top brood boxes. We put a pair of tomato cages in front of their hives so the dogs can get used to them without getting stung. Thank you, everyone!
